3 year commercial warranty for eligible Resty devices

Eligible devices delivered on or after 18 July 2026 are covered for 3 years from delivery during normal home use. This applies to MARS red light panels, Resty infrared heat lamps, the MARS100 LED face mask and the Resty Daylight Lamp.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized changes or repairs, replaceable bulbs, normal battery capacity loss or accessories bought separately.

If a covered defect occurs, Resty may repair the device, replace it with the same or an equivalent device, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonable. Contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

This commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
