X-Shape mouth tape

The small X shape gives your lips a gentle cue to stay together without covering the full mouth. This can make nasal breathing easier to practise during sleep.

X-Shape feels lighter and covers less of the mouth. H-Shape gives a little more hold and coverage. Choose X-Shape if you want the easiest, most minimal starting point.

Remove it slowly in the morning. If the adhesive still feels firm, soak the tape with warm water first. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin.

Only use mouth tape when you can breathe comfortably through your nose before applying it. Minimal coverage does not make mouth tape suitable when your nose is blocked. Remove it immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

It may help when snoring is linked to sleeping with an open mouth, but it does not address every cause. Seek advice for frequent, loud snoring or pauses in breathing.

Each pack contains 60 single use strips. Used once per night, one pack lasts up to 60 nights. The 3 pack contains 180 strips and the 6 pack contains 360 strips.

Resty mouth tape uses a medical silicone adhesive. Apply it to clean, dry skin and remove it slowly in the morning. Do not use it on irritated or damaged skin, and stop using it if your skin reacts.

Yes. The tape keeps your lips gently together but does not lock them. You can still open your mouth if you need to, for example to cough, and you can remove the strip straight away. Only use mouth tape when you can breathe comfortably through your nose.
