How to use magnetic nasal strips
Apply a fresh set of tabs to clean, dry skin and position the reusable clip as shown in the manual. Use a new set of tabs for every night or training session. Remove the tabs slowly after use and keep the clip for your next routine.

Every starter option includes the reusable magnetic clip plus fresh single-use adhesive tabs. Choose 30 sessions to test the fit, 90 for a regular routine or 180 when you already know the system suits your skin and placement.

What does reusable mean?
The bridge clip is reusable. The adhesive tabs are not: use one fresh pair per session, then discard them. When the starter supply is finished, buy magnetic nasal strip refills and keep your existing clip.
How do magnetic nose strips stay in place?
Wash and completely dry the sides of the nose. Keep moisturiser, facial oil and sunscreen away from the adhesive area, press both tabs down firmly and attach the clip only after the tabs are secure. Placement and skin preparation matter more than repeatedly pressing a loose edge.
Is this magnetic therapy?
No. The magnets connect the reusable clip to the adhesive tabs. The breathing sensation comes from gentle external mechanical lift, not from a magnetic health effect.
Can magnetic nose strips treat snoring or sleep apnoea?
No. They can make airflow at the front of the nose feel more open for some people, but they do not diagnose or treat obstructive sleep apnoea. Persistent blockage, repeated breathing pauses, choking or marked daytime sleepiness needs professional assessment.
