How to use the bundle
Apply the nasal strip to a clean, dry nose before sleep or sport. Use mouth tape only while sleeping and only when you can already breathe freely and comfortably through your nose. Remove both products slowly and stop if your skin reacts.
Safety
Do not use mouth tape with a blocked nose, breathing difficulty, nausea, reduced alertness from alcohol or sleep medication, or an adhesive reaction. Mouth tape is for adults only and is not a treatment for snoring or sleep apnoea.
