Use mouth tape safely

For adults only. Use mouth tape only while sleeping and only when you can already breathe freely and comfortably through your nose. Apply it to clean, dry skin and remove it slowly in the morning.

Do not use with a blocked nose, breathing difficulty, nausea, reduced alertness from alcohol or sleep medication, or an adhesive reaction. Mouth tape is not a treatment for snoring or sleep apnoea.

Can I breathe with H-Shape mouth tape on?

Only use mouth tape when you can breathe comfortably through your nose before applying it. The open H shape does not make mouth tape suitable when your nose is blocked. Remove it immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

Can mouth tape help with snoring?

It may help when snoring is linked to sleeping with an open mouth, but it does not address every cause and is not a treatment. Seek advice for frequent, loud snoring or pauses in breathing.

Can children use H-Shape mouth tape?

How do I remove mouth tape comfortably?

Remove it slowly in the morning. If the adhesive still feels firm, soak the tape with warm water first. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin.

Does H-Shape mouth tape work with facial hair?
