Earplugs or a sleep mask?

SoundShields reduce distracting environmental sound. If light is the bigger issue, choose the Resty 4D Sleep Mask. Use both for a quieter and darker sleep environment.

Use and safety

Wash and dry your hands, soften the silicone between your fingers and press it gently over the ear opening. Do not push the plugs deep into the ear canal. Store them clean and dry after use. Actual attenuation depends on shape and seal; SoundShields do not block every sound and do not replace certified hearing protection in hazardous or very loud environments.
