Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Spain: €4.95 shipping zone

For orders from €25 and below the free-shipping threshold, tracked delivery is €4.95.
For orders below €25, tracked delivery is €9.44 (the zone rate plus €4.49).

Netherlands and Belgium: orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 are dispatched the same day and generally arrive within 1 to 2 working days.
Germany: orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are dispatched the same day and generally arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

Denmark, Estonia, France, Portugal, Slovakia, and Slovenia: €6.95 shipping zone

Switzerland

Standard tracked DAP delivery costs €14.95 and usually takes 3–6 working days. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient on delivery. All-inclusive DDP delivery costs €29.95, usually takes 2–3 working days and includes duties, import taxes and clearance fees, so there are no additional charges on delivery. Checkout automatically shows the option available for your products. Mixed orders may be split and shipping rates combined.

Countries we do not currently ship to

We do not currently offer checkout shipping to Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, and Norway or countries that are not listed above.

Delivery and delays

No packages are delivered on public holidays. Delivery continues on the next working day.
If a carrier delay occurs, we will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
If you are not available, the carrier may deliver to a neighbor or pickup point, or attempt delivery again on the next working day.
