How to apply them
Clean and dry the bridge of your nose, centre the strip and press both sides firmly. Apply it before sweating so the adhesive can settle. Remove it slowly after use and use a fresh strip for every session.

Apply in three steps
One flexible strip gently lifts the sides of your nose from the outside. Use a new strip each time.

Clean and dry
Clean and fully dry the skin on and beside your nose. Keep cream, oil and sunscreen off the adhesive area.

Position the strip
Peel off the backing. Centre the strip across your nose, with one end on each side, as shown on the pack.

Press and check
Press both ends firmly onto your skin. Check that the strip feels comfortable and stays attached before sleep or a warm-up.
Removal and reuse
Peel slowly from the sides. If needed, moisten the adhesive with warm water. Discard after use; follow the pack's wear-time instructions.
Fit and airflow sensation vary. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin; stop if discomfort occurs. Nasal strips do not treat sleep apnoea.

No. They provide external mechanical support. Ask a healthcare professional about persistent snoring or pauses in breathing.
