Transparent nasal strips gently lift the sides of the nose from the outside. This can make nasal airflow feel more open during sleep, travel or training without a spray or internal device. The clear finish is less noticeable than a coloured strip. Each pack contains 36 single-use strips.

How to apply them
Clean and dry the bridge of your nose, centre the strip and press both sides firmly. Apply it before sweating so the adhesive can settle. Remove it slowly after use and use a fresh strip for every session.
